Job Description


  1. Strategic planning skills are required for effective results.
  2. Supervising the sales team’s overall activities.
  3. Coordinates the team’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  4. Monitoring and identifying each team member’s key strengths, and assigning tasks accordingly.
  5. Motivating the sales team and fostering a healthy competitive environment.
  6. Giving constructive feedback to the sales team and assisting with problem solving and meeting client needs.
  7. Report writing and presentation to management for decision making.
  8. The ability to train and educate the team on best sales practices is required.
  9. Oversee the team’s day-to-day operations.
  10. Identifying training requirements and providing coaching.
  11. Monitor critical key account opportunities.
