Job Overview:

As a Dispatch Rider at Ify Klozet & Fashion, you will be a crucial part of our commitment to providing timely and reliable delivery services to our customers. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient transportation of clothing and fashion items from our store to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. Timely Deliveries:
   • Safely and efficiently deliver clothing and fashion items to customers within the designated timeframe.
   • Prioritize and plan delivery routes to optimize time and resources.
2. Customer Service:
   • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with customers.
   • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
3. Product Knowledge:
   • Develop a solid understanding of Ify Klozet & Fashion's product offerings to address customer queries and provide information as needed.
   • Communicate any product-related feedback or issues to the relevant departments.
4. Vehicle Maintenance:
   • Conduct routine checks on the delivery motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition.
   • Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with the facilities team for repairs and maintenance.
5. Security Measures:
   • Adhere to all traffic rules, regulations, and safety standards during deliveries.
   • Implement security measures to safeguard products and maintain the integrity of deliveries.
6. Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any additional delivery instructions.
   • Submit daily delivery reports to the relevant departments.
7. Communication:
   • Maintain open and clear communication with the dispatch team, updating them on delivery progress and any issues encountered.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient coordination of delivery schedules.
8. Flexibility:
   • Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to accommodate peak delivery periods and special promotions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or delivery personnel.
• Valid motorcycle rider's license for the appropriate vehicle categories.
• Familiarity with the local road network and traffic regulations.
• Excellent riding skills and a good understanding of motorcycle maintenance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
