Job Description
- Participate in the formulation /review of the strategic plan
- Collect, analyses and maintain data on performance in addition prepare IHRM performance reports.
- Spearhead the performance contracting process for the institute
- Develop project proposals, identify and liaise with the Public/Private partners for development/funding of strategic projects
- Prepare and consolidate Institute budget and expenditure plans for Council approval
- Develop work plans and budgets for the Department for approval
- Oversee the execution of the approved department work plans and budgets
- Prepare and submit financial reports to the Council and other statutory bodies
- Oversee performance management in the department
- Prepare and submit all monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the Institute
- Prepare a draft board management papers for approval
