Job Description

  • Participate in the formulation /review of the strategic plan
  • Collect, analyses and maintain data on performance in addition prepare IHRM performance reports.
  • Spearhead the performance contracting process for the institute
  • Develop project proposals, identify and liaise with the Public/Private partners for development/funding of strategic projects
  • Prepare and consolidate Institute budget and expenditure plans for Council approval
  • Develop work plans and budgets for the Department for approval
  • Oversee the execution of the approved department work plans and budgets
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to the Council and other statutory bodies
  • Oversee performance management in the department
  • Prepare and submit all monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the Institute
  • Prepare a draft board management papers for approval
