DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Head, Innovation for a leading financial institution in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate would be responsible for driving innovation and the strategic goals to build a digital-first organization that enables the digital economy to harness blue-ocean and emerging opportunities and markets. Interested candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Technology-related and STEM field and Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Innovation, Strategy, Senior Product management roles. Job Responsibilities

 Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of strategic goals and organizational plans.

 Scrutinize ideated products for execution. 

 Build digital products – product development and management.

 Lead product ideation, conceptualization, strategy development and documentation.

 Future proof products/global organization for capital injection and expansion.

 Create strategic partnerships and investments that catalyze short-, medium- and long-term goals.

 Define and continually improve customer journeys in digital products to ensure adoption and retention.

 Develop customer attraction metrics and proper brand strategy for products/projects.

 Define success metrics for customer engagements and strategies to determine the fulfilment of key objectives.

 Ideate, incubate, and execute; technology infrastructure/development management; business evaluations and monitoring and strategic partnerships and investments.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Technology-related and STEM fields

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Innovation, Strategy, Senior Product management roles
