Delon Jobs is seeking to hire a head of sales to grow our outsourcing business (business process outsourcing, recruitment, staff outsourcing, tele sales, contact center outsourcing, IT upskilling and virtual assistants). Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience. The ideal candidate will be great at independently generating and converting leads, overseeing new marketing and product initiatives, and networking for sales prospecting. The salary is negotiable.
