Job Description

DelonJobs is seeking to hire Lead, Switch Solutions and Executive – LSSERT232 for a leading FINTECH company in Lagos, Nigeria. Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, 5 years within the FINTECH or banking space and relevant professional qualifications. Candidate must also be result oriented with a track record of consistently delivering strong performance.

Salary range is between N12,000,000 – N28,000,000 per annum.

Job Roles/Responsibilities

• Acquire processing file exchange and management through MasterCard file express and VISA edit package of clearing and settlement data with the schemes.

• Daily processing of extract clearing and settlement files and submission of these files to relevant card schemes: MasterCard and VISA.

• Card acceptor registration on xpress payments’ front-end terminal processors and proprietary terminal management applications and payment platforms.

• Setup of 3rd party entities (PTSPs, Terminal owners etc.) on all applications to allow for reporting and settlement activities.

• Setup of merchants on the transaction report portal. Provide processing and reconciliation support to stakeholders with regards to terminal management activities.

• Process chargeback and disputes for internationally acquired transactions.

• Work with settlement / dispute team for the processing of VISA and Mastercard related disputes.

• Online – real time transactions monitoring on the switch and due escalation to the lead when necessary.

• Monitor and analyze success rate of transactions on Transaction Acquiring business.

• Weekly operational activities reporting

• Update and upgrade processes and their resulting documentation.

• Creation and generation of periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly as required) statistical and business analytical reports for stakeholders.

• Solicit, analyze, and implement service improvements based on customer feedback.

• Any other duties which are required/assigned by management.

• Experience in managing enterprise solutions.
