Job Description

  • Ensure a high level of hygiene and cleansing of customer data for accuracy – company and contact records.

           Undergo training and become the champion of the CRM marketing module.

  • Building customer profile data by leveraging events and marketing campaigns or via access through the business systems.
  • Social media management of contacts and connections within CRM.
  • Overall management, delivery and reporting of digital campaigns and events within CRM (working with other stakeholders for content).
  • Calendar management of CRM activities, including marketing-related activities and other.
  • Idea generation for proposed activities necessary for customer engagement.
  • Event and campaign reporting (ROI), handling B2B consultations and scaling business relationships.
  • Drive the sales & marketing budget planning and execution. 
  • Preparing and executing emails in the CRM, creating and monitoring landing pages, links, campaigns, and events (including marketing collateral, invitations, working with the sales organisation to identify attendees, supplier payments).
  • Work strategically with stakeholders to maximise event effectiveness (including seating placements, tailoring to interests).
  • Lead the recruiting, training & coaching progress for aggressive team expansion target.
  • Associated administration for funding approvals, including proof of advertisement material and invoice management.
  • Representing the company to attend marketing and social functions and exhibitions as needed.

   Who we are looking for?

  • At least 8 years’ experience in a marketing role with prior experience in a corporate environment highly regarded.
  • Relevant Bachelor level marketing qualification
  • Appropriate relevant or professional experience and training in media/communications/engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing media and communications strategies that deliver quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage complex programs and projects.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to liaise with a diversity of stakeholders at all organisational levels. 
  • Must have good tech skills!
