REAL ESTATE MARKETING MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Managing overall sales and marketing activities, that includes marketing trends, market research and sale presentation.

2. Must have a Real Estate Experience.

3. Updating knowledge of sales and property management, as well as updating and managing social media.

4. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.

5. Promoting property through marketing initiative and maintaining social media presence at property level and at corporate level.

6. Oversee and approve marketing materials from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.

7. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

8. Increasing brand awareness and market share.

9. Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

10.Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
