Operations Manager Position Available!!!

Job Overview

Grow your sales team and earn residual income through your career. Don’t even call unless you are the best and can prove it. Earn ₦150K per month if you’re average, ₦250 per month if you’re good, and upwards of ₦400K per month plus if you’re great. This is in the Web Design industry, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds. Young or old—if you have the stuff, we’ll know. 

We will train someone who has everything we want. Small base, but huge performance rewards to get you to ₦300K and beyond each month. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Must be highly self-motivated, a great leader, a terrific presenter and communicator. Responsibilities for Operations Manager

• Train and manage a team of Digital Advisors

• Keep track of the company’s progress and report to the director 

• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers

• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily

• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers

• Submit reports on your sales activity regularly into the company’s CRM software, and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.

• Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory

• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and  market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs

• Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand

• Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly base pay

• Monthly credit and data allowance

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Applicants must reside around Tradefair, Ojo Barracks, Satellite Town, Festac, Amuwo Odofin, Mile 2

• Must be fluent in English plus one other language

• Able to travel frequently as required of the job

• Must be able to stand and walk for long hours at a time

• Must have a working smartphone

Preferred:

• Prior Digital Marketing or Web Design Experience

• Prior Sales Management Experience
