Job Description

DelonJobs is looking to hire an Outbound Call/Sales Officer for a leading financial institution located in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate would be responsible for offering first level support and outstanding service experience across all communication channels deployed for digital products; to enhance conversion, retention and customer loyalty through effective telemarketing engagements which will in turn, drive growth of revenue in line with sales target. Interested candidates must possess a minimum of a first degree in relevant discipline and a minimum of a year’s banking experience. The salary is competitive. Job Responsibilities

  • Drive follow-up on all logged requests/escalations by Service Executives across all available e-platforms (telephone, chat, email, Intercom, Zendesk and CRM.
  • Ensure that tasks for the shift (Day/Night/Remote) have been assigned by the respective supervisors/lead.
  • Escalate of any work tool/ downtime to Head, Customer Success Digital Products.
  • Provide answers to customer's issue(s) faced by service executive on premise and remote.
  • Initiate customer relationship through proper customer onboarding on the emerging products.
  • Report immediately to line supervisor, prevailing customer pain points and provide service improvement initiatives.
  • Render required reports prompt.
  • Ensure adherence Strictly to safety policies by ensuring proper and adequate record keeping.
  • Review documents provided/uploaded by customer for correctness.

Job Requirements:

  • First degree in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year banking experience
