RequiredCompetencies Knowledge/Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree (Minimum of 2.2) · NYSC Dischargecertificate
Relevant certificates will be an added advantage.
Technical Experience
· Work with development team in performanceanalysis of new products and enhancements.
· Analyze industry trends and market demands torecommend product enhancements.
· Work with support team to provide productsupport and assistance to customers.
· Provide product training to staffs andcustomers.
· Guide support team in addressing customerproblems within established response time.
· Support Account Managers in identifying newcustomers and retaining existing customers for business growth.
· Document support activities, customer issues andresolutions for reference purposes.
Skills/ Competence
• Ability to identify, meet and followthrough with client’s needs and requirements.
• Must be a self-starter, problem-solver anda goal-oriented team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize effectively
