Production Pharmacist-PP221

Responsibilities:

Provides assistance to the production manager with a variety of manufacturing activities.
From the Dispensing Area, receives raw ingredients.
Supplies for packing are obtained from the warehouse.
Receives finished goods and bulk supplies from other production departments.
Process validation is carried out.
Makes ensuring the cleaning validation is carried out.
Monitors the equipment calibration processes.
Observes how the building’s and the equipment’s maintenance is progressing.
Prepares the paperwork necessary for the creation and packing of products (batch record, master formula etc.).
Takes part in in-process inspection.
Compare the raw materials to the delivery note and bill of materials.
Supervises production workers, line supervisors, and machine operators while it is being produced.
Makes sure that GMP guidelines are followed.
