Position Overview:

As a Production Supervisor at 360 HR Partners, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our production facilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that production processes are efficient, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are adhered to. Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Scheduling:
   • Develop production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
   • Collaborate with the planning team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
2. Supervision and Leadership:
   • Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
3. Quality Control:
   • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly.
4. Efficiency Optimization:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance production efficiency.
   • Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues and minimize downtime.
5. Safety Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
   • Conduct regular safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness.
6. Inventory Management:
   • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to manage stock levels efficiently.
   • Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage and optimize storage.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Generate production reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and efficiency metrics.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to production processes.
8. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
   • Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless coordination in the production process.
   • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production activities with organizational objectives.
9. Employee Development:
   • Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of production staff.
   • Conduct performance reviews and establish career development plans for team members.
10. Budget Adherence:
    • Monitor and control production costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize expenses.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse production team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
