Project Manager- PM221

Responsibilities:

Get valid permits from the relevant authorities.
Determine all necessary resources (equipment, labor, materials) while keeping budgetary restrictions in mind.
Employing and assigning duties to workers, laborers, and other personnel.
All workers’ job should be supervised, and you should give them instructions.
Analyze the development of the building project and create reports.
Work together on the construction project with the engineers, architects, and other stakeholders involved.
A thorough knowledge of business cases and risk management procedures.
Powerful leadership abilities.
Demonstrated self-management and team leadership abilities.
The capacity to keep track of and manage project budgets.
The capacity to make choices under duress.
