RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

First Quality Care  is an established business operating within the commercial space in the United Kingdom. We provide professional and compassionate care to families and service providers across the country. First Quality Care has recently begun operations in Nigeria and is looking to hire Energy Sales Consultants. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a member of the Recruitment  team, you will be trained to contact UK service providers and offer skilled healthcare assistant and support staff. You will call up to 200 service providers per day and work towards set targets.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for highly skilled pr RECRUITMENT ofessionals with:

• Experience in Customer Care Service with active listening, empathy, problem solving and Strong Communication skills. 
• Proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and achieve targets 
• Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Ability to deal with Customers either on inbound or outbound calls.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE 

• To provide accurate and clear information about customer’s renewals 
• Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to strict codes of practice guidelines and data protection.
• Ask relevant and appropriate open-ended questions.
• Continually meet and exceed the targets set.
• Deliver consistently high level of customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in any relevant Field
• Experience as a Tele-sales agent, Customer care service agent, Call service agent, Sales advisor or any related role.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry is an added bonus.

  JOB LOCATION 

• LEKKI Phase 1, Lagos Island, Lagos State. 

WORKING HOURS

• Working hours will include 9:30am -5pm from Mondays to Thursdays and 9:30am-4pm on Fridays.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS

• A competitive salary basic salary up to N250,000 depending on experience 
• Bonus and incentive scheme
• Unrivalled commission structure with an average of N50,000 earned weekly 
• Dress down Fridays with early finish
