Job Description
- Plan and coordinate sales forecasts across all revenue-generating channels
- Develop, review, update and implement retail sales strategy across sales channels
- Grow the volume sales in terms of units of merchandise sold across all channels
- Prepare the sales data report across channels
- Manage sales leads across all channels
- Ensure sales team are adequately trained and upskilled according to the organizational sales processes
- Strong Leadership skills and business acumen
- Experience in managing a high-performance sales team
- Must possess the ability to handle presentation and facilitation of sales training
- Proven record of Sales & Marketing performance
- Excellent client relationship development/management Skills & Competencies
- Excellent negotiation skills
- People management skills
- Excellent communication (written, verbal).
