Job Description

DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Telesales Team Lead for a digital lending startup backed by one of Africa’s largest banking groups, with a goal to build Africa’s largest consumer and SME lender. The Team Lead will work in our Abeokuta office and earn N500k Monthly Gross. The Telesales Team Lead will report to the Telesales Channel Manager and have overall responsibility in driving sales success within the organization. You are to lead and guide the telesales team to achieve high sales target, maintain excellent call quality, and foster strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will:

  • Work with the Telesales Channel Manager to build Strategy to drive business goals.
  • Lead and direct the telesales team to achieve sales goals and maintain high call quality.
  • Understand the market landscape and customer needs.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Monitor call time, call quality, and revenue targets.
  • Track team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Interact closely with team members to keep everyone updated on progress.
  • Treat customers cordially and uphold their esteem.

We are looking for people with

  • 3- 5 years of experience in Telesales team lead role
  • A Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university
  • Experience working in fintech or any consumer-focused business.
  • Proven experience as a Lead with ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • And have great in-depth knowledge for Market penetration.
