Store Supervisor

We are a small store that work in hand with our bottling company in the sales of coca-cola products.

As the store supervisor, your daily responsibilities would include the following:

Supervise and co-ordinate workers, sales of products and overall smooth running of the business.
Take daily stock of available products and give account of sales.
Attend to customers in a friendly manner.
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Give daily report to management regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.

Requirement for this role includes:

High school diploma/HND.
A bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, financial management or mathematics or experience in supervisor capacity in a retail setting would be preferred.
A passion for the job.
Truthful and trustworthy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and great interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies or willingness to learn.

Salary Range:

N40,000 – 50,000/month

A good performance will attract an increase in salary
