Job Description:Delon Jobs is helping a tier-1 bank in Nigeria to hire 6 Team leads– Group IT Subsidiaries Support Supervise and Monitor all critical applications Bank wise. Also, to liaise with the various Subsidiaries and enable each country office deliver on their set objectives. Serve as a liaison between the countries/Subsidiaries and the Group office. Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/MSC
- First degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Operational sciences or (any other discipline with strong Information Systems component and/or relevant IT Service Management certification
- Minimum of 6 – 8 years IT Operations experience in a technology environment
- ITIL and other professional qualification will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Subsidiaries in accomplishing their set objectives.
- Carry out all suggested response actions to faults raised by the Subsidiaries,
- Generate and send Subsidiaries Update Reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as may be required.
- Monitor device thresholds and alert the various teams involved.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good knowledge and understanding of banking operations Good and Strong Working Knowledge of Cisco Router, Operating
