Job Description

Responsibilities:


  1. Assist the technical aftersales executive and implement all quality control procedures.
  2. Make sure all goods being shipped out are appropriately labeled and wrapped in accordance with the company’s standards and requirements.
  3. Implement quality control procedures and guidelines to guarantee client satisfaction.
  4. Uphold  top-notch customer service standards and stellar track record in the industry.
  5. Conduct internal audits of product documentation and inventory.
  6. Look into, pick out, and report any process or product flaws.
  7. Consider and address customer issues.
  8. Identify and resolve technical problems, such as account creation and network configuration.
  9. Ask specific questions of customers to swiftly identify the issue’s source.
  10. Handle each after-sales claim.
  11. Create plans to improve the delivery of high-quality company products and process efficiency.
  12. Proven job experience as an IT help desk technician, desktop support engineer, or in a position similar to these.
