Job Description

Job Brief
The Business Analyst is a problem solver who plays a critical role in defining and enabling business change. They make a real difference to business success and their influence can impact the way the company operates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
  2. Investigates solutions that would fully meet business process needs.
  3. Engage all system users to document processes, software requirements, content management and Business reports.
  4. Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects.
  5. Identify and validate the key business requirements.
  6. Follow through with continuous improvement efforts.
  7. Variance Analysis, Pricing, Reporting, Planning and monitoring, Financial Modelling, Budgeting and forecasting, Reporting.
  8. Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.


  1. HND or BSc in Statistics, ICT, Computer science or related discipline.
  2. Business Analysis certification (CBAP etc.).
  3. Project Management certification (optional).
  4. At least 5 years’ experience as a business analyst.
  5. Experience in understanding user needs and a business outcome approach.


  1. Proven analytical background.
  2. Advanced skill usage of Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Tableau, python, Sap, power Bi.
  4. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  5. Experience working with senior decision makers.
  6. Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  7. Strong knowledge of Project Management.
  8. Knowledge of Windows operating system & networking.
  9. Knowledge of Databases and reporting.
  10. Use of UML and other modelling tools.
  11. Attitude.
  12. Research and creative problemsolving skills.
  13. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  14. Self Driven and enthusiastic.
