DelonJobs is seeking to hire Head, Property Development for a leading real estate management company in Nigeria who will be responsible for Prioritizing, planning and coordinating property development activities according to the business requirements. The individual will be responsible for getting deals, structuring JVs and investment opportunities for the business. The role would not be actively involved in day to day Project management as the business has a projects team. Annual salary is between NGN 15million – NGN 20million. Candidate must possess a master’s degree in development management, engineering, estate management or project management with 10 – 15 years experience in a similar role. REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in relevant fields of study (e.g.: – Development management, Engineering, architecture, Estate management, project management.
- 10 – 15 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of the property development, construction, and real estate industry.
- Astute financial acumen.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Experience in end-to-end management of development projects.
- Ability to source for project and acquire the right financing for each project.
- Good stakeholder management abilities to handle all parties.
