Job Description
We are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, demonstrate a strong work ethic, have a basic command of English, and possess common knowledge of local development companies as well as good operational management skills.
Responsibilities:
• Capable in handling new business establishments.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and enhance productivity.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Utilize effective communication to coordinate with various departments and ensure seamless workflow.
• Stay updated on industry trends and local development companies to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
• At least National Diploma/College/high school certificates in any discipline. • Basic proficiency in English is required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to multitask and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. • Guide, train and manage lower-level management and staff.
• Allocate local resources efficiently to meet operational requirements.
• Knowledge of local development companies and comprehensive operational management is preferred.
