Job Overview:

As the HR Manager at mDoc Healthcare, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives that align with our strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and the development of HR policies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance reviews.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers in managing performance and development plans.
  4. Learning and Development:
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
    • Support the implementation of a continuous learning culture within the organization.
  5. HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  6. Employee Engagement:
    • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess and improve workplace morale.
  7. Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless benefits administration.
  8. Workforce Planning:
    • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and plan for future workforce requirements.
    • Contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  9. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
    • Work towards creating an inclusive workplace that values and celebrates diversity.
  10. HR Analytics:
    • Utilize HR data and analytics to assess trends, measure HR metrics, and inform decision-making.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics.
  11. Legal Compliance:
    • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.
    • Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local, regional, and national laws.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
