Job Description

DelonJobs is seeking to hire Lead, Innovation and New Products – LINPRT231 for a leading FINTECH company in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategy sessions that will lead to the development of new products.

Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, 7+ years of marketing, product innovation or commercial experience with a proven track record of amazing results and minimum 3 years of experience as a product manager.

Salary range is between N12,000,000 – N28,000,000 per annum.

Job Roles/Responsibilities

• Through a natural instinct of what consumers want, lead the development of concepts, design & communications for both new brand launches as well as brand extensions on existing brands.

• Work in partnership with the supply chain, defend brand managers and the commercial team to develop and commercialize the product innovation.

• Lead the development of multiple innovation projects at once, be an expert in project management & mastering a range of project management tools such as zoho to deliver all projects on time & within budget.

• Effectively influence & inspire the cross functional project team to deliver the projects. 

• Deliver the performance ambitions you will consistently measure and intervene to make sure all projects deliver to target.

• Through a strong understanding of the business and understanding the relative commercial levers required to deliver the performance ambitions you will consistently measure and intervene to make sure all projects deliver to target.

• Strategy competence and product management.

• Provide excellent responses of any inquiry to correspondent banks on timely manner.

• Report suspicious customer transactions to compliance department, if any.

• Any other duties which are required/assigned by management
