DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Lead IT Network Security for a leading financial institution in Nigeria. The Lead IT Network Security is expected to perform analysis of log files from a variety of sources within the Network Environment or DMZ (including host logs, network traffic logs, firewall logs and IDS system logs). Job Responsibilities:

•    Develop and manage overall approach to data security and information protection.
•    Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge.
•    Ensure all policies around data protection and information security are up to date and fit for purpose.
•    Define, implement, and maintain corporate security policies.
•    Act as a subject matter expert on data security for projects looking to implement new tools, products, or processes.
•    Oversee maintenance of systems to protect data from unauthorized users.
•    Develop and maintain process maps, which show how data flows through the organization.
•    Lead and facilitate organizational training and communications around data security and information protection issues.
•    Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
•    Implement measures to protect digital files and information systems against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
•    Develop strategies to respond to and recover from a security breach.
•    Coordinate security plans with outside vendors.
•    Develop or implement tools to assist in detection, prevention, and analysis of security threats.
•    Develop modules and lead on awareness training on information security standards, policies, and best practices.
•    Conduct periodic network scans to find any vulnerability.

Job Requirements:

•    Certified in CCNA and CCNP.
•    In-depth experience in Firewalls troubleshooting and administration.
•    Good knowledge of network security. Certified CSSP and CISSP.
