DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Project Manager for a tier-1 bank in Nigeria (BO – SBO Grade band) who will assist with the delivery of assigned IT projects and programs within specified criteria of time, scope, cost andquality. He/She will handle project support functions as well as track the progress of the projects and develop reports on progress, milestones and budget. The individual will also Interface with system integrators to deliver work. Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in STEM and minimum of 4 years experience as a project manager, preferably in a financial institution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the delivery of assigned project workpackages, escalating issues that are beyond set tolerances to the Team Lead, IT Projects andprograms for resolution.
- Document project business cases in conjunctionwith Project Owners.
- Help with the development of quality assurance testplans and participate in testing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head,Program Delivery and Program Manager
- Participate in all IT Planning and policy developmentefforts.
- Facilitate the resolution of any issues encountered.
- Assist with quality management for solutionsdeployment and day-to-day operations.
- Help with the production of periodic project reports.
- Coordinate end users training before delivery of solutions
DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS
- ITIL, PMP, PRINCE 2, CBAP, Professional ScrumProduct Owner, Professional Scrum Master, ISO21500
