Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect robust and scalable systems that meet the business requirements.
• Ensure that systems architecture aligns with industry best practices and supports future scalability.
• Lead the integration of new systems into the existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability.
• Oversee the deployment of system updates, patches, and new releases.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and projects.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and system specifications.
• Proactively identify and address system issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated technical issues promptly.
• Implement monitoring tools to track system performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Analyze system metrics and take proactive measures to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard systems and data.
• Ensure systems compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Share knowledge and insights with team members to enhance collective expertise.
• Work closely with software development teams to understand application requirements and ensure alignment with system capabilities.
• Provide technical support during the development lifecycle.
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure that systems can scale effectively to meet growing demands.
• Collaborate with teams to forecast resource requirements and implement scaling strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Engineer Analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in system design and analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk, ELK Stack).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a team-oriented environment.
• Significant experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on progressively complex responsibilities.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or equivalent certifications.
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
