DelonJobsis helping a tier-1 bank in Nigeria to hire Team lead – Voice CommunicationEngineering to Supervise, oversee, andmaintain all aspects of Voice Communication Network both Software and Hardware.Ensuring the Bank gets the best. Applicant must possess a minimum of 6 -8 years in network engineering, especially voice, in a technology environment orbank. Applicants must also have a firstdegree in Computing Science, Engineering, or equivalent. ITIL and otherprofessional qualification will be an added advantage. KeyResponsibilities:
Monitor Voice Network Security status using Cisco Security-MonitoringApplication and Response
Ensure the Avaya Communication System is well maintained.
Oversee the activities at the contact centre iro Voice communication andmake recommendations where applicable,
Research and suggest improvement initiatives with regards to Voicecommunication within the Bank and its subsidiaries.
Configuration of Voice Network Security features for new branchesequipment (IP Sec site-site VPN, Identity Based Network Service (IBNS), PortSecurity, SNMP V3 etc.)
Qualification
MBA/Msc
First degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Operationalsciences or (any other discipline with strong Information Systems componentand/or relevant IT Service Management certification)
Minimum of6 – 8 years networking – voice
